The supplier is Real Action Limited, trading as Getting Things Done – New Zealand. Real Action Ltd is a Certified Distributor of the David Allen Company, Inc.

David Allen Company, Inc. owns the intellectual property rights, including but not limited to all copyright and trademark rights, in these materials and the associated support materials collectively, the “Programme Materials.” The Programme Materials are and remain the property of David Allen Company. Upon completion of the programme supported by the Programme Materials, David Allen Company grants you, as an individual, a license to use this copy of the Programme Materials. Neither you nor your employer nor any other party are granted any ownership rights, copyrights, trademark rights, or any other rights whatsoever in or to the Programme Materials. As examples, neither you nor your employer nor any other party may: (a) reproduce, in any form or by any means, the Programme Materials; (b) prepare derivative works of the Programme Materials; (c) distribute copies of the Programme Materials for sale or to persons who have not completed the programme supported by the Programme Materials; (d) perform or display the Programme Materials publicly; or (e) authorise others to do any of the foregoing.

All merchandise supplied remains the Property of Real Action Ltd until paid for in full.

All book orders will incur Postage and Packaging costs as specified on the website.

Terms for Seminar Orders:

Credit is extended at our discretion, on the understanding that full payment will be made by the due date stated. Responsibility for ensuring payment occurs rests with each named individual on the account. We reserve the right to charge an additional 3% interest charge for each month an account remains outstanding following the first overdue reminder notice. Unpaid accounts will be passed to our debt collector and all associated collection costs will be added to the outstanding total

Seminar Withdrawals and Non Attendances:

Should your circumstances mean that you are no longer able to attend you are welcome to transfer your registration to another person (please advise us so that we can amend our records accordingly). If a replacement isn’t possible then we will provide you with a refund (less a 15% administration fee), provided that we receive at least 10 days notice prior to the seminar. Any less then 10 days notice and we will only be able to provide a 50% refund of your registration fee. No refunds are available for cancellations in the final 72hrs prior to a seminar or for un-notified non attendance on the day.

Withdrawals in the 72hrs prior to the seminar, and on the day of the seminar, who have not yet paid will still be required to pay the full balance of this account as per the provisions of the ‘Credit’ paragraph above.

Seminar Cancellation:

We reserve the right to cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment, inclement weather, or other events beyond our control.

In the unlikely event the training does not go ahead we will re schedule the seminar and offer a full refund to those who cannot attend on the new date. If the seminar is cancelled all delegates who have paid will be offered either a credit on a future seminar (within 12 months of the cancelled one), or a full refund of their registration fee. All refunds must be requested in writing and clearly identify who payment is to be issued to.

Real Action Ltd will not be responsible for any cancellation costs you incur, such as airline tickets and/or hotel reservations.
